Is the Flint Water Crisis over?

I know this may sound like old news but it really isn't. The Flint Water Crisis has been going on for the last 5 years. It started April 25, 2014 when Flint switched water sources from Detroit to the Flint River to save money. Well that is when the problems started. Lead was found in the water supply. People of flint and surrounding areas were unaware of this occurrence and rashes, hair falling out, muscles aching and seizures came about. Many people including myself suffered from health problems and some even died. Flint told residents just to boil their water. Soon the news was out on television that flint had lead in their water. Several people suffered from long term heavy metal poisoning. The lead in the water can also lead to other illnesses such as legionnaire disease (

a waterborne disease) and lupus ( a chronic autoimmune disease).
Jaden Smith came to Flint with a mobile filtration system. It became known as the Water Box, a four part filtration system. The Water Box can produce up to 10 gallons of clean drinking water per minute. Since the Water Box, free filters have been offered to Flint residents. Some sources say it's safe to drink the water after they switched the water back to Detroit and changed the pipes. Some even wanted to stop bottled water being sent to Flint.
With all the health problems people are still recovering from, I would really have to see this for myself. Water is a human right and no one should live with unclean water. I am happy that they are solving this problem with the water. I really hope in the future, that Flint have clean water to drink and people would not have to question it.
