Wear a Mask

I've said it numerous times. Pretty much every expert has said it. Most politicians say it. Wear a mask. When you go out to any public space, wear a mask. Store, work, on a walk. For the sake of protecting your fellow citizens, wear a mask.

I should just end the article there. But...I can't. Why? Because while watching the local news, I realized something. I don't think I've ever seen President of the United States Donald J. Trump wear a mask during this entire pandemic.

Thursday, Trump toured a medical equipment distribution facility in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He wasn't wearing a mask then. Everyone else during the tour wore a mask, besides Trump and his Chief of Staff Mark Meadows.

Last week, he toured a facility in Arizona that made masks, and didn't wear one.

At a White House Event on Friday, Trump's top health advisers - Anthony Fauci and Deborah Birx showed up wearing protective masks. You know who didn't wear anything? Trump.

At best, Trump's showing a bad example to his fellow Americans. At worst, he's endangering others. His regular testing isn't going to help anyone if he catches the virus and spreads it. Wearing masks isn't meant to protect you, it's to protect others.
