Do you feel like 24 hours in a day is not enough? Trying to do everything in one day is exhausting. I know from experience. I made unrealistic goals and thought it would work. Well I was wrong. Here are some tips that helped me not feel overwhelmed. I started setting short and long-term goals. Actually doing this helps you to accomplish these goals within months or up to a few years or so. Having a calendar and a planner helps with day-to-day living and long term goals down the road. Also prioritizing what is important first on your list, second, third, like a to-do list. The to-do list declutters your mind by writing out everything that may have been stuck in your head.
