Healthy, clear, glowing skin

I have been reading, googling about skin routine and other ways for clear, healthy, glowing skin. Not just to maintain clear skin but to rid skin problems: acne, dark spots, stretch marks and dark circle around the eyes. Your skin is the largest organ in your body. When my skin breaks out, I pay attention and try to find the root of the problem.

I was researching ways to cure dark spots on your body and face. Benzoyl peroxide was prescribed to me for my face ( I had adult acne and ended up with dark spots). There are several things that can improve your skin first is eating the right foods. Some people have special diets from different illness or chronic diseases. Overall eating a balanced diet of fruits, vegetables, proteins can result in good health and glowing skin. You are what you eat.

Dark circles are caused by genetics, sun overexposure, dehydration, allergies, age, oversleeping and and eye strain. For dark circles, there are several natural remedies such as tea bags, cold compass, cucumbers, elevate your head and go old-fashion sleep. There are also medical treatments however dark circles are temporary and can be easily corrected.

Stretch marks can happen naturally from working out, growing up or from taking certain medicines. Home remedies include coconut oil, lemon juice, aloe vera, egg whites, sugar, olive oil, organ oil and turmeric.
