Jason Siplin Arrested Again, Destroys More Lives

44-Year-Old Jason Siplin is in custody after being released multiple times by state and federal officials.

Siplin is currently in Monroe County jail after being arrested with Timothy Granison the husband of Mayor Lovely Warren, and several others. Siplin, who is married to the cousin of Mayor Lovely Warren, has a history of arrest dating back to the early 90s.

The "predicate felon" was ordered by a judge in Monroe County court to be held on a federal hold back in July. At that time, Siplin led Rochester police officers on a high-speed chase(screenshot of charges below). Rumors have circulated that Warren ordered his release. After his release, Siplin's name and date of birth appeared on a search warrant for 125 Electric Ave. It is alleged that he was running a high-level drug operation at the location. Siplin escaped arrest, but then 21-year-old Lashar Mcmiller was arrested and held on multiple charges. However, those charges were later reduced(screenshot of charges below).

Then Siplin's known associate Julian Riley was arrested in May of 2020. Riley is currently in Monroe County jail on a federal hold. The two men have spent most of their lives behind bars.

This investigation appears to have started months before the case reached the DA's office. Stay tuned for more details surrounding this case.
