Embattled Mayor Lovely Warren may have escaped felony charges, according to radio host Bob Lonsberry. The popular radio host tweeted: Mayor Lovely Warren has been offered plea agreements acknowledging guilt and accepting misdemeanor convictions that would resolve both sets of indictments against her -- for campaign finance violation and a separate gun charge.

The mayor had been facing at least a year behind bars. Spectators believe removing Warren from her position was the ultimate goal.
