In order to get more views topics should be based on popular subjects. Please reread all post before publishing it to the blog. Posts with grammar errors and typos will be converted back to a draft. Also, please be careful with topics based on your life. Unless you have an established fanbase. Parenting topics are popular but going to the movies or out to lunch isn’t unless you spilled a drink in the lap of a celebrity.

Frontline Bloggers are SELECTED based on performance. Bloggers who stick to their schedule deliver great content, post 4 times a week, share content and responsive to all communications. Standard Bloggers- all bloggers begin with this title. Bloggers are asked to provide a schedule and topics they are interested in blogging about. These bloggers must post 3-4 times a week and share at least 25 posts to social media and/or email. Fill-in Bloggers- are bloggers that post periodically and may share content to social media and/or email.

I have some exciting news. Starting next month, I will start creating and distributing newsletters about our blog and bloggers. The newsletter will share popular posts, website traffic, awards, and more. That means, I will need a short bio on each blogger and a photo. The bio should include the city and state you currently live in, topics you post about, how long you’ve been writing and something unique about you. I will also need at least 350 email addresses from each blogger. I believe we have about 25 ACTIVE bloggers. If you do not have 350 email addresses please provide me with as many as you have. But remember, this strategy is designed to get more people to your posts. So the more emails the better. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me directly.

My goal is to create an open and honest line of communication. Changes will be made periodically and will be open for suggestions. I am hoping this is an enjoyable experience that will eventually lead to full time employment.

Currently, less than half of bloggers are posting content on the publication. Which forced us to change the way income is earned. If you are not doing the work, then you will not receive any income.

Please understand if you do not have experience you are considered an intern. If you are not interested in being an intern you may return after you have received at least one year of experience. But, it is the delivery that brings them back. Find creative ways to make sure your stories stands out. 2. Come up with a catchy name for your blog. It is important to come up with something easy to remember. 3. Constantly create content and send emails out once or twice a week. I think everyday is too much unless you have them subscribed to your blog. 4. Put links to your blog/post in Facebook comments ( if the topic is relevant to your story). 5. Place Facebook ads to your blog. 6. Enter groups and other networking sites.
