It appears that when there is an influx in traffic to our website, it is unresponsive. I am working on the issue. If you are having trouble logging in, I will post your content under your name. Or you could try later to login. I understand it is frustrating and I am working getting things resolved.

In order to get more views topics should be based on popular subjects. Please reread all post before publishing it to the blog. Posts with grammar errors and typos will be converted back to a draft. Also, please be careful with topics based on your life. Unless you have an established fanbase. Parenting topics are popular but going to the movies or out to lunch isn’t unless you spilled a drink in the lap of a celebrity.

Frontline Bloggers are SELECTED based on performance. Bloggers who stick to their schedule deliver great content, post 4 times a week, share content and responsive to all communications. Standard Bloggers- all bloggers begin with this title. Bloggers are asked to provide a schedule and topics they are interested in blogging about. These bloggers must post 3-4 times a week and share at least 25 posts to social media and/or email. Fill-in Bloggers- are bloggers that post periodically and may share content to social media and/or email.

I have some exciting news. Starting next month, I will start creating and distributing newsletters about our blog and bloggers. The newsletter will share popular posts, website traffic, awards, and more. That means, I will need a short bio on each blogger and a photo. The bio should include the city and state you currently live in, topics you post about, how long you’ve been writing and something unique about you. I will also need at least 350 email addresses from each blogger. I believe we have about 25 ACTIVE bloggers. If you do not have 350 email addresses please provide me with as many as you have. But remember, this strategy is designed to get more people to your posts. So the more emails the better. If you have any questions or concerns please contact me directly.

My goal is to create an open and honest line of communication. Changes will be made periodically and will be open for suggestions. I am hoping this is an enjoyable experience that will eventually lead to full time employment.

Do you have an email list of 350 potential readers? If each blogger sends 350 emails, that would be contact with 8,750 readers based on the 25 people that have access to our blog. Currently, less than half of bloggers are posting content on the publication. Which forced us to change the way income is earned. If you are not doing the work, then you will not receive any income.

Due to an increase in confusion on how commission works, we have decided to restructure the payment. Here’s how it works: Bloggers will receive $50 per post that receives 10,000+ views within 30 days of published posts. Published posts that receive 10,000+ views in 60 days will receive $25. Published posts will receive $5 per post that receives 10,000+ views within 90 days. Published posts will not receive any financial incentive for 10,000 views after the 90 day period. How to achieve this number is simple: Each Blogger must share at least two published posts to 350 people via social media and email. If we have 15 bloggers that will reach 5,250 per post.

Our reason for hiring commission based bloggers is to increase traffic to our website. The only way to increase traffic is to have content that our audience wants to read and deliver it to them. Rather that be through social media or email. The reason we believe the number of followers are important is because that shows you have content people want to see and/or read. If you do not have great content and you do not have a strong following, our company will not receive the necessary increased traffic. Therefore, revenue will be harder to generate. To qualify to be a commission based blogger, you should have at least a year of experience working in the writing or teaching field. If you are requesting to be a commission based blogger please forward any links to published work dating back to September 2018. If you do not have the links please supply us with the company’s names and dates you were employed.

Please understand if you do not have experience you are considered an intern. If you are not interested in being an intern you may return after you have received at least one year of experience. Starting in January, all NEW bloggers must have a following of at least 1500 and 2 years of experience to be hired as a commission based blogger. Current bloggers do not need to have the above. We will work with you to increasing your following.

If your goal is to grow your personal fanbase here are a few suggestions: 1. Develop a topic that readers enjoy reading from you. I used the words “from you” because anyone could tell a story. But, it is the delivery that brings them back. Find creative ways to make sure your stories stands out. 2. Come up with a catchy name for your blog. It is important to come up with something easy to remember. 3. Constantly create content and send emails out once or twice a week. I think everyday is too much unless you have them subscribed to your blog. 4. Put links to your blog/post in Facebook comments ( if the topic is relevant to your story). 5. Place Facebook ads to your blog. 6. Enter groups and other networking sites.
