Wear your crown

I saw this quote online as I was looking for a name for my podcast that caught my attention. The quote said, "Health is a crown that the healthy wear, but only the sick can see it". I never looked at health in that way. I was always was trying to maintain good health. Dreaming of days I could travel again, go outside without passing out and just live a regular life. I know this sounds simple to many people but folks who suffer from chronic illnesses fell like every minute they live counts for something. I always felt behind so much because I felt everyone was ahead of me in everything, I was too sick to do anything. When the "crown of health was handed to me I didn't feel afraid that I wouldn't make until a certain age but actually plan to live for a lifetime.
