Italy's oldest COVID-19 survivor?

Let this Italian grandmother be the impetus for anyone struggling with vicious corona virus. Namely, this 95-years-old lady from Modena, Italy was admitted to the hospital on March 5 and recovered completely without help of antiviral drugs and was discharged home as a healthy person! Her name is Alma Clara Corsini and she managed to beat the disease at her age, and the disease has taken a thousand of lives so far in Italy, unfortunately.


“I’m fine, I’m absolutely fine,” she told local media, praising the doctors and nurses who helped her recover. “They were wonderful, the people who looked after me.”

Corsini returned to the nursing home in which she lives in the town of Fanano, near Modena.
