CNN: Failures in Nursing Home in New Jersey during the Covid-19

According to CNN news, Brian Roberts has filed a lawsuit against a nursing home in New Jersey because, as Brian claims, the facility failed to provide the legally required level of care to his Uncle Albert Roberts. Albert Roberts passed away on April 1 in the midst of the corona virus pandemic, due to complications caused by this virus. He was 76 years old.

The nursing home, Andover Subacute Rehabilitation Center II in Lafayette Township, New Jersey, is the same facility where authorities found 17 bodies in April in a morgue meant for four. New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir Grewal is continuing to investigate Covid-19-related deaths at the facility.

Chaim Scheinbaum, one of the owners of the facility, claims that there were no omissions in the work of the guard house, that everything was done according to the law and rejects the accusations from the allegations of Brian Roberts.

"I spoke to him not even a month before all of this happened," Roberts said of his uncle. "He wanted me to come by and bring him a slice of pizza.

"Prior to him passing, I was just his little nephew," Roberts said. "I would go up and spend time with him, bring him something to eat, bring him a snack."
